Order Processing

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing (excluding weekends and holidays) before your order ships. All orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm EST and ship by 2pm EST each day.

'Free Shipping' Promotion

Free standard ground shipping is offered on orders with subtotals (after discounts, before tax) that are $300 or more (unless specified differently as part of a limited time promotional offer), before any applicable taxes. Modern Ambition reserves the right to change or discontinue any promotions at any time.

Please note: limited time promotions such as "FREE SHIPPING", "FREE SHIPPING OVER $300", or similar, only apply to standard ground service shipping. Expedited (express) shipping fees will still apply if those shipping options are selected at checkout, unless otherwise specified.

At this time, we can only accept Canadian orders. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Canada

• Shipping Method: Standard Ground Shipping (5-10 Business Days).
• Under $300 (after discounts, before tax): $13.99 CAD Flat Rate.
• Over $300 (after discounts, before tax): No shipping cost.

Orders shipping to the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut will not qualify for our free standard ground shipping offer and may incur additional shipping charges.

Gift Box Packaging

Modern Ambition is happy to provide a custom branded gift box at no extra charge. The box dimensions are:

Large box: 18 x 12 x 5 inches (45.72 × 30.48 × 12.70 cm)
Small box: 14 x 11 x 3.5 inches (35.56 × 27.94 × 8.89 cm)

Please note, the size of box will be determined by our expediting team based on the items in the order. To protect your items during shipping, the items are packaged in recyclable poly bags and may not arrive pre-gift wrapped (inside the box).
