Role Overview
As a Full-Time Sales Fashion Consultant, you are a brand ambassador responsible for delivering an elevated, client-centric luxury experience. You combine deep product knowledge with styling expertise to build long-term client relationships, drive sales performance, and uphold the highest standards of presentation and service.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about menswear, tailoring, and luxury retail who thrives in a performance-driven, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
Client Experience & Styling
- Deliver a best-in-class luxury client experience through personalized service and styling expertise
- Build and maintain a strong client book through outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Provide wardrobe consultations, outfit building, and fit guidance aligned with the Modern Ambition aesthetic
- Anticipate client needs and create memorable, high-touch experiences
Sales & Performance
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Drive key metrics including conversion, UPT (units per transaction), and average
transaction value - Proactively identify sales opportunities and maximize every client interaction
Product & Brand Expertise
- Develop in-depth knowledge of fabrics, fits, tailoring, and technical features of the collection
- Act as a brand storyteller, communicating craftsmanship, innovation, and design philosophy
- Stay current on menswear trends and competitive landscape
Operations & Store Excellence
- Support daily store operations including POS transactions, inventory management,and stock replenishment
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Ensure accuracy in inventory handling, transfers, and stock organization
Team Collaboration
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture
- Support onboarding and training of new team members when needed
- Actively participate in team meetings, product trainings, and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in luxury or premium retail (menswear preferred)
- Strong understanding of tailoring, fit, and styling principles
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Clienteling mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

As we continue to launch our boutiques across Canada, we are seeking a visionary Boutique Manager to lead the charge. As Boutique Manager you will serve as the cultural, operational, and client-facing leader of our store. This is a rare opportunity to build and shape a team, craft a world-class client experience, and set the tone for how we define retail excellence—locally and globally.
Responsibilities
- Champion the Modern Ambition experience, ensuring every client interaction reflects personalized service and purpose-led storytelling
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, driving sales KPIs and fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and inclusivity
- Directly responsible for the store’s financial performance, including sales targets, payroll management, inventory control, and operational efficiency
- Build meaningful relationships with VIC and VVIC clients through clienteling, community engagement, and strategic events
- Partner closely with visual, merchandising, and corporate teams to ensure brand consistency and local relevance
- Uphold all sustainability, compliance, and asset protection procedures aligned with our B Corp mission
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience, with at least 2+ years in a store director/manager or equivalent role within a premium or luxury retail environment
- Strong business acumen with a proven ability to drive results through operational planning and team development
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and talent development, with a passion for elevating people
- Strong understanding of clienteling and customer relationship strategies, particularly VIC and VVIC engagement
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Alignment with Modern Ambition’s mission and values—sustainability, craftsmanship, innovation, and inclusivity
- Post-secondary education in business, fashion, or a related field is an asset

Responsibilities
As Assistant Boutique Manager, you’ll support the store’s leadership team in delivering a best-in-class experience on the floor. You will take ownership during opening/closing shifts, serve as a point person for clients and colleagues, and help maintain the integrity, energy, and service standards of our boutique.
- Acting as a floor leader when management is off the floor—ensuring operational flow, client engagement, and service continuity
- Creating elevated and personalized shopping experiences that reflect our modern luxury standard
- Supporting and coaching associates to meet sales goals and deliver meaningful customer connections
- Executing opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store readiness
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards, inventory organization, and back-of-house processes

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail experience, ideally in a premium, lifestyle, or boutique setting
