Modern Ambition, one of Mondetta's exciting high-end brands, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project/Program Coordinator to support the successful execution of key initiatives across our retail network. This role is essential in ensuring seamless coordination, progress tracking, and communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and experienced in retail project environments, capable of keeping multiple workstreams aligned, on time and on budget.
Flagship Store Director
Location: Winnipeg | Department: Retail

As we launch our first flagship boutique in Winnipeg, we are seeking a visionary Store Director to lead the charge. As Store Director, you will serve as the cultural, operational, and client-facing leader of our flagship. This is a rare opportunity to build and shape a team, craft a world-class client experience, and set the tone for how we define retail excellence—locally and globally.
Responsibilities
- Champion the Modern Ambition experience, ensuring every client interaction reflects personalized service and purpose-led storytelling
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, driving sales KPIs and fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and inclusivity
- Directly responsible for the store’s financial performance, including sales targets, payroll management, inventory control, and operational efficiency
- Build meaningful relationships with VIC and VVIC clients through clienteling, community engagement, and strategic events
- Partner closely with visual, merchandising, and corporate teams to ensure brand consistency and local relevance
- Uphold all sustainability, compliance, and asset protection procedures aligned with our B Corp mission
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of retail leadership experience, with at least 2+ years in a Store Director or equivalent role within a premium or luxury retail environment
- Strong business acumen with a proven ability to drive results through operational planning and team development
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and talent development, with a passion for elevating people
- Strong understanding of clienteling and customer relationship strategies, particularly VIC and VVIC engagement
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Alignment with Modern Ambition’s mission and values—sustainability, craftsmanship, innovation, and inclusivity
- Post-secondary education in business, fashion, or a related field is an asset

Photography & Image Specialist
Location: Winnipeg | Department: Head Office
The Photography and Image Specialist oversees photoshoots from planning through execution, including managing post-production workflows and photo editing. This role blends production coordination and photography skills to create high-quality, on-brand visual assets for packaging, e-commerce, and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Photoshoot Coordination & Photography:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute photoshoots from start to finish.
- Manage shoot logistics, including sample tracking, prepping, booking models, and on-set organization.
- Handle on-set photography duties: camera setup, lighting, and capturing required images.
- Ensure consistent lighting, composition, and color accuracy across all shoots.
- Assist in styling models during shoots: outfit pairing, wrinkle fixing, hair and makeup checks.
Mostly studio work across the following shoot types:
- Packaging (hangtags, cartons, bellybands)
- E-commerce
- Presentations
Photo Editing & Asset Coordination:
- Coordinate photo editing with freelancers, make selects, review edits, and ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Oversee and perform photo retouching, including recoloring, color correction, head swaps, cleanup, and background edits, while maintaining product accuracy (fabric color, texture, fit, and trims).
- Organize, track, and share all assets with cross-functional teams, maintaining proper naming, versioning, and accessibility across shared drives.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and partner-specific requirements.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance imagery while maintaining brand consistency and realism.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in photo production, photography, or creative coordination—preferably in apparel or consumer goods.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and preferably familiar with AI tools (Evoto, Midjourney, Botika).
- Experience working with shared drives (Dropbox, Google Drive).
- Excellent project management skills, with proven ability to handle multiple shoots and deliverables simultaneously.
- Attention to visual detail, color, and product accuracy.
- Clear communicator who collaborates effectively with creative, technical, and operational teams.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of deliverables.
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting timelines in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Experience in Outerwear design & construction will be considered an asset.
