E-Commerce Manager
Location: Winnipeg | Department: Head Office
As E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for the performance, growth, and customer experience of our online store. From daily operations to strategic growth initiatives, you will oversee all aspects of our digital storefront to ensure it drives revenue, accurately reflects our brand, and delivers a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is equally analytical and creative, and who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a digital growth strategy aligned with brand objectives
- Identify and execute initiatives to increase conversion rate, average order value, and customer retention
Site Management
- Oversee product uploads, collections, navigation, and on-site merchandising
- Ensure the site is always optimized for performance, mobile usability, and SEO best practices
- Manage day-to-day operations, including site QA and issue resolution
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing on product launches, email flows, paid media campaigns, and promotions
- Analyze performance of campaigns and iterate to improve ROI and CAC
Customer Experience
- Ensure a premium, on-brand shopping experience from landing to checkout to post-purchase
- Coordinate with customer service to address issues and gather insights for improvement
Data & Analytics
- Monitor and report on KPIs including traffic, conversion, revenue, cart abandonment, and LTV
- Use insights to drive optimization tests and strategic decisions
Platform & Integrations
- Manage e-commerce tech stack (e.g. Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Evaluate and implement new tools and apps that enhance performance
Qualifications
- 4+ years in e-commerce or digital retail, preferably in fashion or consumer goods
- Proven track record of growing DTC online revenue
- Deep understanding of Shopify (or equivalent platforms), Klaviyo, and performance marketing tools
- Strong eye for design, merchandising, and UX best practices
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to execute quickly
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and operations teams

Responsibilities

- Strong understanding of clienteling and customer relationship strategies, particularly VIC and VVIC engagement

Responsibilities

- Lead innovation in content formats, platforms, and community-building initiatives.
- Manage content calendars in alignment with brand launches, seasonal campaigns, cultural moments, and broader marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, design) and external partners to produce high-quality, on-brand content across all social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end email strategies across promotional, transactional, onboarding, win-back, and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives, product launches, and business objectives.
- Leverage customer data to build dynamic segments based on behavior, purchase history, engagement, and lifecycle stage; implement personalization tactics to boost open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
- Build strategic briefs and collaborate with copywriters and designers to create compelling email campaigns and automations, ensuring consistency in brand voice and storytelling.
- QA emails to ensure accuracy, functionality, responsive design, and proper personalization across all devices and platforms.
- Build, maintain, and continuously optimize automated flows using dynamic content, personalization, and behavioral triggers to enhance performance.
- Partner with Paid Media and Marketing to drive list growth through lead generation campaigns, incentives, and strategic partnerships, while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, and Paid Media teams to ensure unified messaging and branding, campaign timing, and customer experience across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
